Sector for General and Common Affairs, and Project Management performs tasks related to:

  • Participation in realization and monitoring of projects lead by Institute,
  • Creation of  general acts of the Institute, 
  • Drafting of strategies, plans and specific trainings for human capacity development in the Institute,
  • Development of analytical, informative and other materials within the defined methodology (e.g. Institute’s work program and report, based on the data collected in internal organizational units),
  • Preparation of program budget, financial plans, budget proposals, the final budget report of the Institute,
  • Establishment and management of personal records,
  • Cooperation with Civil Service Agency and its Complaint Board, upon approval by Director, 
  • Issuing certificates on official facts,
  • Integrated information system and IT support tasks,
  • Receiving mail and post records,
  • Archives, bookkeeping, copying, courier,
  • Salaries and costs payment,
  • Preparation of Board of Experts sessions and monitoring of its’ conclusions implementation,
  • Responsibility for Institute’s work transparency,
  • Preparation of counseling and meetings organized by the Institute.
